Rafael Jimenez, leader of the administrative team, is in charge of supervising the correct execution and fulfillment of all administrative functions by the personnel under his charge, and of all responsibilities concerning the physical structure of our offices. He also oversees the correct use of the company's resources.
He has been part of CATOJISA since its beginnings, having the opportunity to work in almost every department of the institution.
Rafael had vast experience in the banking area where he worked for more than 20 years, in addition to acquiring vast experience in independent financial institutions.
